Tanuj Agarwal has 15+ years of experience in the fields of Finance, Operations, Risk Management, Process Re-engineering & Assurance and has worked closely with entities in different sectors (Retail, Manufacturing, Media, Insurance, Consumer goods, Compliance) in different roles – from CFO to auditor to risk management consultant. He is currently a partner at Bon Conseil advising clients on implementation of their ESG strategy.He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and Law Graduate by qualification. From starting his career with PwC, he has played a key role in creation of the Tata Index for Sustainable Human Development Taxonomy, which is a one-of-its-kind Integrated Reporting Taxonomy. He is also a passionate speaker on XBRL having conducted workshops at various seminars, branches at national and international level. He has been a major contributor to the book ‘XBRL: Zero to Pro in Two Days’, a book on the XBRL India and have co-authored various international articles on XBRL, Digital Transformation of Business Reporting and Integrated Reporting.
