Current𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 –❖ Managing Board and Committee Meetings: Coordinating and handling various Board and committee meetings, ensuring smooth execution in compliance with regulations applicable to listed companies.❖ Maintaining Statutory Records: Overseeing the maintenance of statutory records, including Minutes Books, statutory registers, and other critical legal documentation.❖ Ensuring SEBI Compliance: Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with stock exchanges.❖ Filing ROC Forms: Filing various Registrar of Companies (ROC) forms and returns, covering periodic, annual, and event-based submissions.❖ Liaising with Regulatory Agencies: Managing relationships and communication with external agencies, including SEBI, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, and RTA, ensuring seamless interaction on shareholder and regulatory matters.❖ Ensuring Director Compliance: Ensuring timely compliance and necessary disclosures by directors in accordance with SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, and the Companies Act, 2013.❖ Coordinating with Regulatory Authorities: Liaising with regulatory authorities such as SEBI, BSE, ROC, and RTA to manage filings, communications, and compliance matters effectively.❖ Handling Shareholder Relations: Dealing with shareholder concerns and managing correspondences with external parties, working closely with management to resolve issues promptly.❖ Managing Corporate Disclosures: Ensuring all required corporate disclosures are made accurately and in a timely manner, meeting both internal and external regulatory requirements.❖ Supporting Corporate Governance: Strengthening corporate governance by implementing processes that align with statutory requirements and enhancing transparency within the organization.
