-Founded a mental health awareness platform (psychophilics.com) in 2021 which became a national-level student-led initiative impacting 35,351+ people. -Interviewed and recruited more than 40 as one team from scrap. -Mentored/ Trained 8 students in leadership & 40 students in various specializations by conducting training sessions such as copywriting, APA format, video editing, social media training, assertiveness, marketing, and audio editing/ podcast skills. -The team of 40 belonging to different colleges and multiple parts of the country, collaborated cross-functionally with each other on various projects.-Persuaded 60+ budding psychology researchers of our ideas to help the cause of mental health awareness through evidence-backed content generation during the session “Podcast and its relevance with research”. -Built consensus among divergent viewpoints as an expert speaker/ panelist for a talk at Christ University on “Mental Health in an Unequal World” attended by more than 350 budding psychologists and 10 professors. -Worked towards cross-country collaboration with Alex from Podmatch, and Ella from drugwatch.com from Florida, United States.-->Established four major teams, each having a special and complementary role: 1. Assessment wing is a part of CAPS dedicated to conducting psychometric assessments and psychoeducation sessions as per the need analysis of the audience.
