About Tanuj Vaid

I take keen interest in learning and building HR solutions for the growth challenges of tomorrow. For over 17 years, I have built HR systems for companies in their early stage and growth stage. I have led high impact programs on Talent Identification and Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Growth and Development, Compensation and Benefits Management apart from operational control over HR and other administrative aspects. I have been at the helms of HR growth in companies in Drug Discovery, Healthcare and Technology.
