Performing on-site inspections, assessing construction progress and monitoring adherence to design specifications and industry best practices. Moreover, must manage the amount of manpower allocated to the specific location depending on the set target that the target is achieved.System Testing and Commissioning: Overseeing the testing and commissioning of MEP & HVAC systems to ensure they perform as intended and meet quality standards. These systems include the Fire Detection systems and Fire Protection systems throughout the site.Participating in project meetings and providing valuable input to ensure the smooth completion of construction activities. Furthermore, taking part in the handing over process to the operator team is very crucial where attention to detail is reached and completion of all systems.One of the major tasks which I am currently handling is the guest room handing over based on the completion of the necessary inspection criteria and standards achieved. Then comes into play the defect rectifications where the necessary rectifications based on civil, electrical, and mechanical aspects are taken into consideration and a timeline is provided to the operator.
