During the course of the engagement I was tasked in leading a 5 member team to accomplish the same- Developed an AB-Testing solution for a Fortune 40 Home Improvement retailer to gauge and test out various modifications to their digital platform to create a better user experience. The tests resulted in a 5% improvement in their online sales- Designed a Customer Lifetime Value model to estimate customer value for a Fortune 1 retailer. This model helped the retailer to identify key customers to target and save marketing expenses on customers with lower lifetime value
