I started working as a freelance event coordinator enhancing my skills in Event Planning and Operations. I also worked as a Communication Trainer for more than a year and imparted corporate training at a Five Star Hotel in Agra. I have been a part of The Times of India Group as a Brand Consultant and handled events, campaigns, and brand promotional activities. I have also been a part of the Central Learning and Development of OYO Hotels and Homes, managing LMS and Training majorly for South-East Asia and the Middle East workforce of OYO. I started my journey at Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India Pvt. Ltd as a Global Learning and Training Specialist. , coordinating and administrating LMS for the whole of FFT. Within a year I had the opportunity to take a step ahead in the same organization as the Global Talent Management Expert.
