I recently completed my Master’s in Bioinformatics from the University of Glasgow, specializing in multi-omics analysis (RNA-Seq, GWAS) and data pipelines. Proficient in Python, R, SQL, Bash, and Unix, I have hands-on experience with high-performance computing for large-scale biological datasets. My background in Biotechnology, along with research in transcriptional regulation and drug resistance, gives me a strong foundation in both computational and experimental methods.
