Project Management (Design and Planning)– Designing and implementation of interior project including analyzing user’s requirement and evolving work plan taking into consideration the technical and functional requirements.– Preparing detailed project specifications and to insure that the project is constructed in accordance with the approved plans and specifications and to administer, coordinate and control the process for delivery of the project within the quality, budget and schedule parameters as required by the client.– Preparing Bill of Quantities with detailed specifications for loose and fixed interior works, Furniture, Furnishings, Carpet, Chandeliers, Light fittings Decorative/ Functional, Stone & POP works, Artwork, Artifacts and accessories.– Preparing and reviewing all purchase orders, invitations to bid, requests for proposals, etc. Capital Expenditure outlay and Operational costs ,analyzing the bids – Conducting space audit and making presentation plans including earmarking existing areas along with their usages in premises and other locations and preparing proposed plans. – Identifying & developing vendors/ supplier base for cost effective procurement of materials and commodities.Interior Designing– Developing concepts in external face, interior detailing and integrating the same with structural finish and drafting- perspective drawing, elevation, and floor plan– Exposure of designing interiors and FF&E for new and renovation of Hotels, private homes, corporate offices, and commercial/ institutional establishments, such as offices etc.– Emphasizing on studying and getting first hand information of the work at site, with special focus on FF& E - wood works, wall treatment, flooring and ceiling work.– Incorporating all necessary service facilities such as electrical fixtures/fittings, HVAC, Fire Alarm/Prevention System, Fax/Data Voice Systems, Music, etc into the design.
