I am a product manager team leader with a passion for design thinking and user-centric products. I have a bachelor's degree in information technology from the University of Science and Technology of Hanoi, where I learned the fundamentals of software engineering and data analysis.For the past five years, I have been working at Cốc Cốc, a leading internet company in Vietnam, where I led the product development and launch of new products and features that improved the platform operation by ~30% and increased the revenue growth significantly. I also re-structured the whole system that changed the way advertisers organize and optimize ads across the platform, and improved the UX by applying the new design system that enhanced the customer engagement by ~65%. I leveraged my design background to strengthen my user empathy and create products that truly resonated with users' needs.My journey to product management was unexpected and entirely through self-learning. I transitioned from graphic design to UI/UX design, fields that I love, to product management, where I found my true calling.
