Our CMS is technical and challenging to manage, but I was impressed with how quickly she was able to pick it up and become a valued contributing member of our team. I appreciated that she first always attempted to solve problems before asking for help, often finding great solutions that even I wouldn’t have come up with! We were able to completely trust and depend on her as any other team member to complete tasks and projects on-time and with high quality. In an eventful 3 months, she worked right alongside us on a major rebrand and redesign, a company merger, and several product launches. We have a close-knit team that looks out for each other, and I legitimately do not think we could have found a better fit intern.
