• Implement and monitor all mechanical-related works on site, such as plumbing, watersupply systems, firefighting systems, air conditioning systems, and solar water heaters.• Ensure that all work complies with the drawings and Neom standards.• Provide technical solutions as required according to site conditions.• Perform various tests, including hydrostatic, gravity, and leak tests.• Conduct testing and commissioning of split AC units, firefighting systems, and solarwater heaters with PMC.• Prepare lookahead plans for WIRs.• Attend weekly progress and lookahead meetings with PMC.

• Review plans and specifications according to the project plan.• Prepare plans, details, specifications, and cost estimates for plumbing, heating,ventilating, air conditioning, and general piping systems.• Provide technical advice to staff regarding the installation and maintenance of MEPsystems.• Analyze mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering problems and formulatesolutions.• Advise the Project Director on any technical aspects of the mechanical services thatmay affect construction progress, such as quality issues or snags.• Monitor site work to ensure it adheres to the drawings.• Continually review the construction schedule during the progress of site works relatedto MEP services and report to the Project Director.• Manage the day-to-day activities of the MEP team.• In conjunction with the document controller, ensure that the filing and logging of MEPdocumentation are undertaken in line with the project handbook and monitor the samecontinuously.

• Create prototypes of oil tankers in collaboration with AutoCAD experts.• Determine the load/weight capacity of required oil tanks.• Inspect tanks.• Perform various tests on tanks, such as hydro tests, UFD (Ultrasonic ThicknessTesting), and DFT (Dry Film Thickness Testing).• Prepare daily progress reports.• Maintain records of all manufacturing and manufactured tankers.• Document the tank lorries.• Deliver manufactured tank lorries to customers.
