Source to Contract - • Supply Market Assessment Collect Supplier Information spend analytics, RFX development and administration, supplier negotiation and selection, contract/SOW redlining, etc. with the goal of capturing total cost of ownership (TCO) savings and driving process efficiencies.• Support creation and management of requests for proposal (RFP) process which includes detailed external supply market analysis, internal demand assessment of the category, design and creation of the RFP, system set-up and administration, RFP analysis using total cost of ownership (TCO) concepts, supplier evaluation scorecards, ongoing collaboration, and proactive communication with all stakeholder groups on the supplier selection process• Negotiate Negotiate commercials and contractual terms to drive savings and reduce overall risk on assigned purchase categories by working with various stakeholders and leadership teams while ensuring Business Stakeholders' functional and operational needs are met• Category Management - Researching and analysing different categories such as Marketing, Office supplies, IT, Facility, HR, Professional Services in order to develop and manage suppliers• Soliciting bids through Reverse Auctions, setting up the system, providing  admin support, collating and analysing and comparing bids, awarding the bid.• Manage business relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers including routine enhancements to agreements, communication of demand/volume changes

 Project Scoping - Collaborating with the line of business to aid them with the process, understand their needs and expectations to ensure a smooth Project Execution.  Sourcing Strategy- Bidding Tenders through RFX/Reverse-auctions. Supplier Management - Part of the COE team to assess maturity of vendor governance activities. Involved in vendor evaluation to rate the suppliers on standard parameters. Commodity Manager – Managing multiple commodities viz. Real Estate, Market Data, client service, Software, professional service. Contract Negotiation – Negotiating and executing vendor contracts in compliance with the organizational policies and values. Contract lifecycle management – Involved with legal team in drafting, red-lining, and identifying non-compliances for a given contract. Missed Saving Analysis – Involved with the legal team in order to identify the possible leakage points in a contract thus driving savings. Audit and Control – Part of the internal audit team to identify misses and compliances and design control points wherever required. Reporting - Design interactive financial & performance dashboards to assist in informed decision making. Analytics - Creating useful representations and analysis report from the historical data and trend to create road-map for future strategy. Strategizing and Planning- Manage existing spend and handle requirements with a holistic and long term vision. Driving Savings - Specialized in cost saving initiatives and process improvements through service Improvement plans. SLA - Manage the Spend with 100% adherence to key internal controls and the Service Level Agreements. Working with teams - Collaborating with different teams to facilitate hassle free and smooth business.
