 Arranging emergency deliveries for customers. Arranging deliveries for the customers who have missed their deliveries on their on route delivery day. Calling customers and informing them about the emergency delivery schedule and their delivery day. Closing the delivery orders for which delivery is already done. Calling drivers and distributing orders and as well solving their queries.  Making schedule of emergency drivers and following up with them time to time. Consulting Distribution Supervisor or Manager when there is a major delivery problem. Preparing reports for all the on route and emergencies arranged on daily basis.

 Attend and execute all customer queries promptly and in a very customer friendly and polite manner. This involves problem solving & coordination with other departments. Taking down customer’s request for water delivery and forwarding it to correct driver. Opening account for new customers and make sure they receive their delivery, logging coolers which are sold or custody in the system. Making a request for repair if customer’s cooler is not working and forwarding it to the technician.
