Working in microfinance sector since 1998. Also founder member of NRSP Bank initiated operations in March 2011 from southern Punjab. Served in bank’s business for more than 5 years and lastly served as Head of Business (EVP). Considering my experience and leadership skills my assignment was switched to operation department as Head of Operations (EVP) since July 2016 to diversify my experience and carrier growth. NRSP Bank is one of the leading microfinance bank of the country. Immense experience of planning and development of policies and procedures of Microfinance. Development of the business plan and transformation implementation plan. Devising effective tools for monitoring of business operations.I have attended a number of trainings from renowned institutions including Harvard Business School, Boulder Institute of Microfinance Italy, International Finance Corporation IFC, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), National Institute of Banking and Finance Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Management PIM. I also visited Microfinance institutions / Banks in Indonesia, Kenya and replicated good practices.I have also extensive global exposure and have traveled to Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, Netherland, Belgium, Kenya, Indonesia, Thailand, Dubai, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia and USA.
