Communicate with broker for training and support services. Provide training across all departments of the company.

Resolve day to day issues, training and guidance to get job done efficiently.Review supplier cash discounts and payments. Record Customer deposits properly and review A/R invoices.Communicate and assist with Controller to set goals, planning for accounting systems, process improvements and change management.Inventory report analysis, day end processing, work in progress review, prepaid items review and making proper journal entries to reflect correct financial reports.Review and analysis of month end report to management. Cash flow forecasting, Bank reconciliation, payroll budge variance analysis, benefits and plans administer and Balance sheet analysis.Work closely with external auditor to provide documentations for year end, CRA requirements and other financial needs.Maintain records of books and journals properly into system.
