I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with an international background. A bit of a workaholic, who not only inspires to be the hardest worker in the room, but also encourages others to give their best. Ever since I was little, I have always had a keen interest in the world of business and dreamt of working in a top managerial position in an organisation. In my early years of education, I discovered my love for numbers. I could do numbers 24x7 without getting bored, hence after doing a Master in Business and Management, I decided to pursue Accounting. I am a kind of a person who is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow myself, be it learning from your seniors, nature, or even when you playing with the kids. It is the challenges and learning opportunities in a role which inspires me the most. It is owing to this love for challenges, that I have developed strong problem solving skills and I always tend to come up with most creative and efficient solutions. I love observing and analysing things, be it people, processes or products. On one hand, where I tend to learn from observing people, on the other hand I have a propensity to improve the processes by working on the weaknesses.When it comes to work, I never shy away from giving my 200%. This could be verified from every single job I have done in the past. I perform extremely well under pressure and have a proven ability to adapt to new environment. I am a proactive person who is always willing to take the initiative and make success of an opportunity. As far as accounting, management and finance are concerned, I have successfully demonstrated financial analysis, excelled in pricing strategies, implemented change and managed a team of 30 plus individuals in a challenging environment.I have not just had a remarkable academic career, but also an active social life. I have been actively involved in voluntary co-curricular activities like teaching, organising social events, charity works etc. and have always balanced them well with my work, study and family life. I am a people's person and diversity of my work experiences have allowed me to work with a diverse set of people from different cultural backgrounds, which in itself has been a great opportunity for me to develop myself as an individual. Even though I have excellent communication, organisation, administration skills along with having a keen eye for detail; I take great pride in honesty and integrity being my biggest strengths.I firmly believe in the power of believing - 'Believe and you shall receive'.
