As an Attorney, I am deeply honored to represent those who have suffered serious injuries, including those hurt in automobile crashes, as a result of medical malpractice or have suffered a wrongful death. In 2020, we obtained the largest Jury verdict of the year in entire the State of Arizona. A Jury in Federal Court unanimously awarded our client $4,500,000.00 (Jarman v. American Family CV-18-00526-PHX-SMB). In 2019, we obtained a $6,000,000.00 settlement for a wrongful death case before trial. In 2017, we recovered $1,200,000.00 for a brain injury resulting from a car crash. In 2014, a Jury returned a verdict in favor of our clients for more than $3,000,000.00, which was a top 10 verdict in the State of Arizona that year (Woodland Springs v. Farmers CV2012-090967). This included a record punitive damages award. I share this sample of results because they are a testament to our relentless pursuit of Justice, no matter the circumstance or the opponent. Our belief is simple, to effectively represent our clients takes meticulous hard work, with no expense spared in the preparation of their case and our undivided attention.
