Researched and analyzed data around economic and financial events, more specifically Federal Reserve Chair speeches at FOMC meetings and Jackson Hole Economic Policy Symposiums, to determine their effects on financial markets with Professor Aeimit Lakdawala (WFU Economics Department).

Researched population health outcomes in the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist system in Winston-Salem, NC and its surrounding communities.

Founded a non-profit initiative to raise funds in support of town and state non-profit organizations through the sale of handmade crafts made by students in the local community. Fundraised over $3,300 via multiple fundraisers and donated 80% of the proceeds to local beneficiaries, including nearly $1,300 to CT Foodshare.

Streamlined the organization of the annual Empty Bowls event by developing online donor processes (from original paper mail forms), allowing the event to raise around $40,000 to help alleviate food insecurity in Connecticut.

Led the conception and execution of a program with a team of 30+ student volunteers to introduce ~250 incoming freshmen (Class of 2026) and new students, to Avon High School via an engaging and interactive orientation. Co-authored an instruction manual for the orientation program for the use of future orientation organizers, with input from Maria Sedotti, the University of Connecticut’s former Director of Orientation Services.
