Internal Communications Specialist
Current- Leading the migration of the intranet from a WordPress platform to SharePoint, coordinating an audit of thousands of pages, posts, images and files, remediating all inaccessible documents, advising all stakeholders and launching the site to staff.- Supporting the execution of Town Halls through presentation decks, talking points for leaders, and operations liaising.- Responsible for the creation and distribution of weekly employee newsletters and providing multimedia support to the organization by creating visuals and videos to support employee communications and engagement.- Develop and execute campaigns for approximately 2,300 employees nationally including frontline staff at two inpatient treatment facilities.- Championed the launch of Viva Engage for internal social engagement among employees which was received with 88% positivity.- Introduced digital signage at the inpatient facilities including researching and pitching new software, overseeing the installation of 10 screens at key locations and partnering with stakeholders to build and review content for patients, visitors and staff.- Responsible for internal efforts supporting the company’s DEI value.- Developed content for the intranet, including profiling employees, posting important updates and strategically leveraging internal communications vehicles to support the organization’s culture and priorities.
