In this role, I handle customer queries via email and calls, troubleshoot issues to resolve assigned tickets, and update ticket remarks to ensure all concerns are addressed. I follow up with customers to confirm resolution, assign technical problems to the appropriate team when needed, and coordinate with leads for additional support. Additionally, I educate customers about their issues and solutions, and collect feedback once issues are resolved.
