Through my academic learning and international exchange program, I have acquired an in-depth knowledge of team & organizational dynamics, human behavior, and organizational culture.I completed my internships both at undergraduate and postgraduate level with ONGC (Oil & Natural Gas Corporation), one of India's top names in the Oil & Gas industry, and observed and gained insight into their employee recruitment and promotion policy, as well as training and development programs for employee progress.As an individual, I possess excellent communicational, analytical, interpersonal, and team management skills, which enable me to differentiate myself from others.
