- Improved Messenger’s active status indicator that led to an increase in top line sends by active users and also reduced user complaints by 27%. Developed a detailed presence funnel capturing and categorizing the sources of inaccuracies and used this to develop a product and engineering roadmap for presence improvement work for improvements.- Developed and implemented a product roadmap that addressed top issues related to Chat heads on Messenger like accidental calling, sluggishness in moving the chat icon and inconsistent notifications. This led to increase in sends driven by Chat heads and also reduced our user complaints by 22%.- Managed the development of the Voice of the User Report for Messenger executive leadership where I led a team of 10+ in identifying and mitigating top user issues across different Messenger pillars. This directly led to teams adopting quality goals as part of their product roadmaps and driving down the Messenger user complaint rate-Conceptualized and led a project for building localized stickers packs as an engagement lever. We rolled this out to 6 Asian countries resulting in MAP and DAP wins both on FB and Messenger and also winning my team a Hackathon award at Facebook

Consulting with Leading Banking Clients- First Republic Bank - Led the engineering/data/QA/UAT teams of 15 people for delivery of multiple technical projects related to ETL, including conversion of all of 150K First Republic’s banking clients to a new digital platform called “NextGen”. Delivered the conversion under budget by 15% while consistently meeting timelines and operating within resource constraints- Wells Fargo - Performed penetration testing for login screens of authenticated bank websites to see if additional security assessments should be performed with Wells Fargo Security teams. Conducted in depth vendor analysis and cut down vendor costs by 10% by bringing the third party websites in house- Genentech - Oversaw the Six Sigma Process improvement project for Clinical Trial Protocol writing process, which included optimizing business processes, and driving new solutions resulting in cost savings of $10M per clinical trial study
