Design: Played a lot with fonts and types, edited images, made posters, helped with the design system.Other skills I learnt: importance of team work, behind the scenes of a buisness, how to ask more "good" questions and which ones actually make a difference.

"The guest is always right" - this is what the service industry taught me. I loved working at this hotel especially because this is where I learnt a lot about service design and user experience design.I got to experience the bustle of this industry first hand which made me understand how much of a difference a "good experience" makes.
