The team is working on multiple projects. I am currently undertaking the Whole of Victorian Government (WoVG) Job Family Architecture (JFA) project which will be a prime force for workforce planning, data analytics and mobility. My role is to coordinate and engage with stakeholders across the 10 departments + Victoria Police to implement the JFA ahead of the planned VicGov People (HCM) implementation. The work requires to co-design, develop and facilitate JFA workshops to meet our objective of achieving mobility enhancement by providing clarity around job families, job functions, and job profiles titles. In addition, I will be designing a WoVG JFA guidance tool to support mapping of all common VPS positions to the agreed three tiers of the JFA and allocate Australian New Zealand Standard Classification of Occupations (ANZSCO) coding.
