Engine (Each capacity 13.6 MWe@P.F. =0.8) of world famous Cater Pillar Power Generation Company.Installation of motor control panel, generator control panel, motor control cabinet, low voltage distribution panel, neutral grounding resistor, radiator fan distribution panel.0.415kv, 11kv, 132kv cable laying and termination.Installation and Commissioning of 132/11kV,11/.415kV sub-station.11kV switch gears installation, metering and relay panels installation, 415 V panels installation, CCP, LCP, AVR, MCC panels and SCADA system installation, Cable tray installation, Cable pulling and termination, Emergency Generator installation, Lighting system and Lightening protection system installation according to Caterpillar Power Generation System (CPGS),Woodward and SRI-U-Thong.Co.Ltd Drawings.Have good ability to understand Electrical drawings and able to moderate or design a new drawing for specific control system.Review and updating of electrical & control drawings and schematics, ensuring accuracy and proper document management.Evaluates protective relays, station batteries, voltage & current sensing devices, DC control circuitry, and high voltage switchgear.Excellent knowledge of Motor starter control circuit such as Direct Star/Delta operation, Star-Delta operation.Excellent knowledge of Air Compressor control circuit.Have practical hand experience of pump-motor alignment, seal change of pump, bearing change of motor.Have practical hand experience of motor problem trouble shooting.Good knowledge in Engine controlling and their protection system.

Responsible for safe & efficient operation of 100 MW power plant to provide optimum power generationResponsible for smooth startup & stop of alternator, engine, exhaust gas boiler, HFO & LO separator.Ensuring proper utilization of resources such as HFO, DFO, Lube oil, water, air (Instrument & starting air), auxiliary power etc & reducing their wastage.Maintain & follow up “Maintenance Schedule” & pass on the “Job Order” to the maintenance Department.Monitoring seamless functioning & effective operations alternator, engine, exhaust gas boiler, HFO & LO separator, compressor, various pump & motor.Black out power restoration of plant during grid failures.Monitor plant operation & handle emergencies including shutdown of plant and load throw off to control generation as per requirement.Local control panel controlling system with manual synchronization & PLC based auto synchronization system with SCADA.Monitoring the loading & coordinate with NLDC.Cylinder tightness, peak pressure Check.Operation & troubleshooting SF6, DS, ES, Vacuum and Air circuit breakers and auxiliary contacts.Troubleshoot and maintenance of all types of motors and its connection like star-delta, dol etc.Perform troubleshooting of different types of sensors and its connections like Speed sensor, converter, Pressure sensor, Level sensor, PT-100, thermocouple pressure transducer.Ensure and maintain the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) program as per operation and maintenance requirements.Perform troubleshooting of different types of actuators, two-way and three-way valve, temperature and viscosity control valve etc.

BTS installation and commissioning, E1 cable configuration, Alarm cable connection, Emerson power system setup for BTS 3900, Commissioning Microwave RTN 900, electrical and mechanical tilting setup, new site survey, VSWR test, BER test, commissioning IP passolink, new site PAT.

Responsible for operation, preventive maintenance and monitoring of all kinds of transmission equipment like High Power Amplifier (400 Watt) (TWTA), Up Converter(Vertex RSI), Microwave HPA Switcher(Vertex RSI), Tandberg receiver (IRD), Encoder, LNB Controller (Vertex RSI), Modulator, Pacific Satellite receiver, Decoder, Hp Spectrum analyzer (9MHZ-26.5GHZ) and also responsible for Digital Satellite News Gathering (DSNG), DVB (Digital Video Broadcast) test and related power equipment and Satellite link budget calculation and reporting.

Worked in Cyber bets Ltd as Assistant Engineer, Operation & Maintenance, VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) and is responsible for operation of all kinds of Satellite modem ASM-2400, CM-701, ASM-4800, DMD-15, CDM-600 etc., also responsible for satellite tracking and CPI test, antenna installation, site survey, RFT(ODU), monitoring MRTG Graphs and SCPC (Single Carrier Per Channel) circuit installation.
