Major Achievements: • Provided total merchandising solution for renowned buyers like Abercrombie & Fitch for Denim (Girls’ bottom) by supervising a team of 5 people. • Ensured on-time shipment for 4 million pcs worth of USD 30 million dollars per season. • Developed 150 styles development, 90 got approval for bulk production • Maintained strong working relationship with 3 factories (one factory development) for production, QC & on-time shipment & secured 10 times business growth compared to joining.

• Communicating with the buyer, understanding their need & serving them accordingly. • Developing sample as per buyers’ requirement & finalizing it with the buyers. • Doing all necessary Pre-Quotation & Product Development as per specification. • Handling the sourcing, purchase & procurement of necessary fabric & accessories. • Preparing time & action plan & giving necessary direction to assure on-time delivery. • Demand forecasting, material requirement planning & assuring on time delivery of product. • Overseeing the commercial & L/C related issues & assigning with all necessary documents. • Executing the order by communicating & coordinating with all the stakeholders. • Update & follow OTS (Order tracking sheet) in the PLM system & other input in the ERP System. • Ensure L/D & Strike-off submissions, approvals, material booking, and releasing QA file. • Inspecting the production process on day today basis & resolving all the problem.• Supervising the activities of junior team members & mentoring them. • Coordinating planning department on production schedule, production follow up.• Implementing different cost reduction & quality development tools & techniques in supply chain.

• Worked for renowned buyers like Abercrombie and Fitch for Twill for kids Bottom. • Make production planning for new orders & sourcing for factories.• Communicate with the buyers as well as suppliers & follow- up orders as designated by management.• Control merchandising team for on-time shipment & also Q.A-Team to get best quality goods.• Make costing for the new inquiry & give target price to finally place the orders to the supplier.• Follow-up product development program as per buyer requirements• Source local & abroad suppliers for yarn, fabric & trims & oversaw the procurement.

• Collect the PO (purchase order) from the buyer, prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.• Break down the order sheet & prepare the order costing and price quoting.• Making sure all samples to be submitted on time & arrange approvals.• Monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer's requirement.• Collect all garments fabric, accessories & trims through sourcing, purchase & procurement. • Following merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA).• Worked for renowned buyers like Folia (France), La-Halle Gemo (France) & provided a total merchandising solution for Men’s & kids' Sweaters.
