My role encompasses attracting top talent from both local and international universities, covering a wide array of traditional and non-traditional backgrounds. I champion Cochlear's values at on-campus events and through social media, effectively communicating our brand as an employer of choice for emerging talent.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to engage and attract high-caliber candidates, with a strong emphasis on diversity recruitment.Event Coordination: Manage Cochlear’s presence at career fairs and other external events, and facilitate informative sessions about our opportunities.Network Building: Cultivate relationships with target universities, academic communities, student organizations, and industry groups.Selection Processes: Oversee all stages of candidate selection, from initial screening to large-scale assessment centres.Graduate Programs: Contribute to designing and managing structured programs for graduates and interns, including onboarding, rotations, assessments, and development initiatives.Reporting: Coordinate and prepare regular recruitment reports in collaboration with the global team.Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze campus recruitment trends and competitor strategies to refine and enhance our talent acquisition approach.
