• Managing a quality team of 15 QC Inspectors of Kaufland Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & Turkey office.• Collaborating with the quality teams & merchandising team, technicians, suppliers & other partners.• Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; • Implementing production, productivity, quality & customer-service standards & resolve problems. • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions. • Maintaining a close working relationship with the product production team to ensure brand right quality with quick decision making.• Managing technical operation & administration of QC functions for different types of product areas.• Meeting with technical experts of different vendors and suppliers to exchange technical ideas for developing existing and new products.• Maintain regular communication & follow-up with vendors and suppliers to exchange technical know-how for betterment and cost reduction of various products.• Observing, evaluating, and helping suppliers to fix the process & quality control.• Attending Pre-Production meeting, seasonal production & quality review meetings with sup- pliers.• Conducting Technical Audit to find potential vendors before order placing and yearly basis.• Filter, communicate, and share updated information with regional inspectors.• Arranging training sessions to update internal & 3rd party inspectors with updated quality parameters.• Communicating with 3rd parties or other external parties for testing & emergency inspection support.• Preparing the inspection & other plan schedules for inspectors daily.

• Conducting Pre-Production Meeting, Inline & Final Inspection by TOPO software.• Manages Quality control Process from Order placement to Final Inspections according to TNA.• Train the Inspectors on RMC, PMC, SPU, IPC & FRI via TOPO system & about Tradestone/ Bamboo-rose• Supporting all Inspectors when they face any difficulties during inspections and give solutions.• Guide our suppliers to smooth production planning and to execute it.• Detecting the defects and nonconformance’s in the manufacturing process & taking corrective action.• Train and guide our NQC’s (Nominated Quality Controller for Kaufland) of each supplier to make them aware of KL quality requirements to get better Qualities.• Meeting with Merchandisers about risk assessment, Production status & up-date according to TNA.• Contact with 3rd Party (ITS Lab test Bangladesh) for Testing & emergency Inspection Purpose.• Sharing KLBD office guidelines to other Quality Controllers & their thoughts to our QAM.Major Achievements:• Prepared several checklists to track quality issues as well as for continuous development. • Proposed, modified, enforced & implemented several policies & SOPs to ensure functional excellence. • Developed Topo system & installed them in the company which increased efficiency & improved product quality. • Implemented different quality development tools & techniques in the company.

• Ensure good quality of products manufactured from Fit &PP sample stage to Final Inspection and finally conducting FRI.• Dealing with QAM and Merchandiser on fit & PP sample making, graded spec, and technical analyzing to ensure smooth flow of production.• Doing PP Meeting, reviewing Size Set and advising manufactures required pattern amendments and method based on size set comments and measurements.• Conducting Inline, Pre-final Inspection and packing audits to ensure customer's satisfaction through 100% pass rate of FRI & also train other QC’s about FRI & Inspection file documentation.

• Conducting Garments Quality inspection (IPC, PPC, DUPRO, FRI & LS) as per Buyers requirements /SOP and preparing the reports carefully to make it clear and easy to understand.• Has experience of conduct more than 100 inspections of over 50 buyers (like LIDL, ALDI, Kaufland, REWE, C&A, Kappa, Primark, Champion, Tailor Vintage, Ashtown, Oracon, Tiedem and a many more)• Conduct all Technical Audits (Less Water Treatment Process for Denim washing) of customer Cortefiel Hong Kong & also conduct Fabric inspections.• Inspection of Home Textiles, plastics, Ceramics, Shoes & Socks etc.

• Analyzing and development the fabric sample according to buyer requirements (swatch, photo board)• Developing new developments & handle & follow up process to get buyer approval or bulk production.• Prepare & update seasonal fabric development grid and share with merchandising team.
