Life is good; searching for my first house in Canada. $500,000. Love this country but real estate industry is corrupted. I'm a consumer and very outspoken so till I buy a house I'll keep sharing my experiences with the real estate industry and individuals. Needless to say that so far I'm not impressed. I will not pay $25,000 to realtors for doing nothing, so I'm learning and putting this in my education. Still less then university fees for a year. Housing, Cars, Cell phone, Food, Insurance should be affordable in Canada. Politics was corrupted in India and I see Canada is same. Work on changing Canada or will be a corrupted country soon and no one in the world will respect us.
