Research and Development-Conducted research and support the Output Component Team in data processing and analyses and design strategies pertaining to skills and employment promotion.- Assisted in the process of assessment of graduates through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)- Assisted in cooperation with external consultants, in the development and roll-out of a system called Skills Logbook.Partner Engagement- Engaged in assessment of potential partner organisations of Sudokkho, including training providers and industry-led training organisations, and contribute to the preparation and conducting of pre-grant workshops and due diligence.- Contributed to the provision or supervision (in case of engagement of external consultants) of technical assistance to partner organizations of Sudokkho and as agreed upon between Sudokkho and the partner organization in respective grant agreements. Developed research protocol, questionnaires and design overall study plan. Leading the enumerator team in the field in collecting primary data from the farmers, traders, retailers, distributors and various other market actors.2. performed economic analysis along the seed value chain of hybrid maize, potato and vegetables to validate the existing cost involvement along the chain. Participated the study on “The effect of women’s home gardens on vegetable production and consumption in Bangladesh”, conducted in the southern part of Bangladesh. 1. Have gone through one year intensive training program about various programs of BRAC and also about Contemporary Development Issues. Have visited most of the programs operated by BRAC both in head office and in the fields. Making regular reports and presentation on field visits.2. Involved in conducting Impact Assessment study of Crop Intensification Project funded by European Commission (EC). Worked for 07 months in the coastal regions of Bangladesh and earned very good knowledge about the agriculture and livelihood pattern of rural people. Carried out face to face questionnaire interview of the both beneficiary and non-beneficiary farmers in the project areas.

Research and DevelopmentConducted socioeconomic research on rural livelihoods diversification in Bangladesh titled "Factors Affecting Rural Livelihood Diversification in Rice-based Areas of Bangladesh" under VDSA (Village Dynamics in South Asia) project. In relation of the study the specific responsibilities included; 1. Developed study outline in relation to the study title and objectives2. Gathered quantitative household survey data. Data management and checking.3. Analyzed data by using descriptive statistics and econometric model. 4. Wrote the report and journal article.
