• Contributes with skills in the best possible way so that the team achieves the agreed delivery in a professional manner• Follows Quantanite's quality assurance process to ensure quality of their delivery• Works closely with the team/team leader/line manager to highlight any obstacles in her/his delivery and to eliminate those• Highlights any ambiguities in the instruction and the assignment• Document complete work process and any changes, communicate them with team members and line manager at all times• Help with work process and assignment target improvements.• Flags for line manager lack of skills and /or resources to achieve delivery quality in accordance with defined criteria

• Maintain court diaries and handles client requests• Monitoring all kind of legal documents and report to the seniors• Manage and resolve client complaints
