(a) Establishing the set up of KPMG worldwide WAN/VPN connectivity for the KPMG Bangladesh office for accessing the global resources. Working as National Information Security Specialist (NISS), and National Network and Firewalls Security Specialist (NNFSS), National Anti Virus Security Specialist (NAVS), National Physical Security Specialist (NPSS) of KPMG Bangladesh and Involved with ITS team in providing technical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for KPMG in Bangladesh offices. As a Security Specialist, was responsible to the National IT Security Officer (NITSO) for establishing and operating an IT security organization which complies with KPMG International IT security requirements.(b) Implementation and manage of office networks, servers (HP Proliant DL380 G5, HP Proliant ML350 G7), operating systems (Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2007, Windows XP/Vista/7.0), applications and databases (KPMG’s Practice Management System (PMS), Oracle Developer 6i, Oracle 10g, Oracle 11g), firewall (Cisco ASA 5510) router (Cisco 1841-HSEC/K9), switch (Catalyst WS-C2960-24TT-L) and software (Offline Safe boot and McAfee Endpoint Encryption, Symantec En point Protection 11 and 12, eAudIT 2010-2013, audit tools- IDEA, KPMG Checklist Application (KCA), MUS Sampling, Offline and Online Alex).(c) Manage global Active directory, web server, McAfee Endpoint Encruption server(www.kpmg.com/bd) and Exchange server.(d) Managing and Supervise the technology infrastructure and applications, computer hardware and software and operating systems.(e) Ensuring system licensing, software, antivirus, and business application software are up to date and compatible with other systems.(f) Managing the IT Help desk, advise and influence the operational management .(g) Whole network cabling has been done by Flora Ltd and Tech Valley Solutions Ltd. Under my supervision.

(a) Administering the whole network having more then 100 PCS.(b) Install and configure various servers like as web server, My Sql database server, postfix mail server, FTP Server, DCHA Bill of Entry Communication Server, and other services.(c) Installation and maintenance of Local Area Network of Server switching room and all the part of Dhaka Customs House.(d) Configuring CISCO router, CISCO switch, Level 1 switch and various devices with the systems.(e) Maintain and operate smooth operation for the works of Dhaka Custom Automation project.(f) Hardware, software and network troubleshooting.(g) Procurement of all the device and accessories relating to Dhaka Custom House automation project.(h) Daily Backup Operation.(i) Verious managerial work.(j) Assist team members to run the system 24/7 and to maintain the IT inventory.

(a) Maintain and operate smooth operation of two Billing Systems (ICAS on MS-SQL Server and EBill-Infozech on MS-SQL Server), which includes Customer Activation, Mediation, Rating, accurate Billing and Provisioning.(b) Administration and Maintaining Squid (Proxy), Web Server, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, MS Exchange Server 2003 and SIP (PABX) Server (Asterisk ip phone).(c) CDR: Check CDR for download, rating, backup CDR.(d) Supervise customer activation and provisioning on SWITCH.(e) Performing day to day backup of billing database and CDR files(f) Generate various types of reports using SQL queries.(g) Handle Billing queries, raised from area office.(h) Modification on SWITCH: Perform modification of customer details on SWITCH, using CLI as per request received.(i) Preparing Project charter for different up-coming Billing projects.(j) Troubleshoot: Service No. Change, ESN change, Cell Id (Base station) change in ebill and switch, Response to credit control related all queries raised from area office and other department.(k) Activation: Activate customer in ebill Billing System.(l)Analyzing the Trouble Tickets created by customer care & forwards it to appropriate department (NSS, BSS or IN).(m) Analyze Organization’s operation and implement new systems and application to improve organization’s performance and make organization’s operation smooth.(n) Generate statistical and analytical reports.(o) Manage and troubleshoot Router, Switch and Hubs.(p) Troubleshoot of the various Computer like LAN setup, LAN Maintenance,Troubleshoot various network related problem and PC or other IT related equipment.
