He holds 55 U.S. patents in thefield of integrated circuit technology. Dr. Zhang was the 2016 InternationalSolid-State Circuit Conference (ISSCC) Program chair and chaired the ISSCCMemory Subcommittee from 2011 to 2014. He currently serves on IEEE VLSIExecutive Committee. Zhang is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE).
