Established and currently operate a business which allows both individual and corporate customers to send in their older cell phones for recycling or trade-in. Upon receiving these devices, we securely process them and are able to put them back into the global secondhand market. Sphere's goal is to provide people with a convenient way to get rid of their old smartphones, most of which still have a useful life after being upgraded out of. We work directly with consumers through our online trade-in platform, along with corporate clients who are looking to upgrade their workforce's mobile devices. As of Q4 2016, we're growing at a rate of 15% per month and are working towards expanding operations internationally.

At BMO, I was responsible in assisting with the day-to-day operations to ensure that things were able to flow smoothly. Daily tasks ranged from supporting financial advisors with their paper filing needs, to ensuring that employees at the bank were receiving their mail in an efficient manner.
