• End to End Finance operations: Month End closing and booking of revenue and cost accruals or prepayments, allocations, depreciation, Transfer Pricing and tax for all the legal entities under asset management UK.
• Ensuring that cost and revenue are accounted appropriately, books reflect true and correct picture, balances are substantiated, assets are properly capitalized etc.
• P&L variance analysis, explanation & commentaries: Understand variance and their drivers, providing the commentaries.
• Reconciliation and substantiation of Balance Sheet, Variance Analysis, Explanation on variances through commentaries, reporting and follow ups for corrective measures.
• Validation and submission of the balances to the group and sign off for the UK Asset Management entities.

Gurgaon, India

• Controlling Financial Planning and Analysis activities for Fidelity Global Commercial Services, which includes;
• Monitoring Revenue, which includes Confirm & Expected Revenue and measurement of Identified & Unidentified Risk Revenue.
• Monitoring Opex and EBITDA during the month end close. Review of GL entries pertains to Accruals and Prepayments and allocation of shared cost between LOBs/Business Units.
• Headcount Analysis, Review of Rate charge out JV based on Actual headcount aligned with different Business Units/Projects on a monthly basis.
• Monthly forecasting on Headcount, Revenue, Opex, and monitoring the final forecast numbers upload in Hyperion (HFM).
• Preparation of Annual Budget as per the Planning Cycle, Bridges between current year actuals/forecast and next year Plan. Calculation of Annual Rate Charge per FTE.

Noida

• Finance Lead for Barclays Corporate Technology Operations (BCTO) Finance Team in Noida and responsible for Finance process across India and UK which includes;
• Month End closing, reporting, planning, and forecasting.
• Management of BCTO Resource and deliverables across Noida and Pune.
• Stakeholder Relationship management with the senior leaders, Finance Head, Project Managers, Project Finance and support them in their day to day decision making.
• Co Ordination with the project management office for the cost management of software development projects.
• Cost Base Management of the Technology expenses (New Software Development as well as Run the Bank)– ensuring that cost are accounted appropriately, books reflect true and correct picture, balances are substantiated.

• Balance Sheet Preparation for 4 Businesses, Variance Explanation and reporting, and follow up of the corrective actions to ensure the true and correct accounting is adhered to and the balances are showing the true.
• Reconciliation of GL Balance Sheet account in the categories of Liabilities i.e. Accounts Payable, Inter Company loans, Intra Company accounts and Equity.
• Reconciliation of Balance Sheet account in the categories of Assets i.e. Financial Receivable (FAS 13, FAS 91), Other Assets, Goodwill, Software and Other Intangible Assets, Investment Securities (FAS 115), Business.
• Accounts Reconciliation Lead & Owner of Reconciliation Tracking Tool (RMACS), Reconciliation Opportunities Preparation, and data Upload, Tracking, Reporting to the senior Management, Ensure that every account is owned.
• Joint Venture accounting, responsible for managing the GE joint venture with Xerox and other Vendors. Responsible for End to End accounting Controls for Xerox and Ikon.
