Service design and innovation project on food rationing operations in rental estates. - Designed and prototyped the first choice-driven food rationing model in 2013 to nudge households to decrease wastage and favour healthier choices. - Reduced food rations wastage by 95% for pilot precinct of 5 rental blocks and reached 296 households in testbed area. Helped partner VWO isolate cases requiring follow-up attention.- Designed a second run of the project in June 2014, which deployed a mobile app to collect data from a larger catchment pool. Featured in TodayOnline.- Project later influenced and sparked off other choice-driven models in Singapore.- Culminated in local press features (TNP, Straits Times, Lianhe Zaobao) and pitches to 3 political office holders (PM Lee Hsien Loong, ESM Goh Chok Tong, then-Minister Tan Chuan Jin).
