I am Xin Yi, currently studying B(Hons) in Food Technology in Singapore Institute of Technology and Massey University.In my final year of Polytechnic Diploma, I took up a 6-month internship in GSK Biologics as a QA Systems and Compliance intern. I was pleased to be provided with this opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge during my studies in a biopharmaceutical MNC. At the same time, I also gained a lot of industrial soft and hard skills during my time of internship.My degree studies have provided me with broad proficiency in food science, food engineering and food business. This also prepared me to pursue in a food and science industrial sector in an multi-disciplinary way. My degree does not just focus on theory, but also hands-on skills and applied learning so that we can transit to work easily.I am eager to hear about potential career opportunities, so I will be pleased to chat about job openings in food technology, science and research field.

  - Support in Archive Room Improvement project by verifying the contents of Archived Validation Files. Create organised content pages, detailed covers and spines. Update and keep track the Project Tracker on Excel.- Self-Inspection follow up.- Assist and Keep Track of Users when they are loaning or returning files/logbooks.- Support in updating QMS and VSOP Tracker. Check for any new version of QMS and VSOP and check Gap Analysis for CAPAs, also to check the closure of CAPAs.- Assisted in HSA and EMA Audit, did some preparation during the Audit, pre-Audit and post-Audit.Beyond job-scope:- Helped in the Event Planning of New GSK “Ahead Together” Event, brainstormed ideas to make the event more engaging. Part of the team to run the event on the day itself.
