With over five years of experience in the construction industry, I am a project engineer who is passionate about designing and building projects that meet the needs and expectations of clients and stakeholders. I am currently in school for my bachelor degree in Construction Management, which enable me to create and review project plans and proposals, calculate time frames and sequences, and determine project specifications. I work with Kajima Building & Design Group, a leading firm that specializes in innovative and sustainable solutions for various sectors, such as commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure. I value teamwork, quality, and safety, and I strive to contribute to the company's mission of delivering excellence and value to its customers and communities.As a project engineer at Kajima Building & Design Group, I am responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of the project, from design to construction. I work with management, engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that the project objectives, scope, budget, and schedule are met. I also monitor and report on the project progress, performance, and quality, and identify and resolve any issues or risks that may arise. Some of the projects that I have worked on include a mixed-use development, Duke Energy site, and the Toyota Battery plant. I use my skills in CAD and time management to create and modify designs, and to forecast delivery. I enjoy the challenge and variety of working on different projects, and I take pride in delivering results that exceed expectations.
