Hello all, I am currently working for Hinduja Renewables. A dynamic organisation which is working towards renewable space and creating its mark in the world. I am working as an HR manager who is looking at all the aspects of HR. Currently working on expanding the organisation and bringing a culture to the organisation that creates its identity. Doing a lot of first’s for the organisation and in my career as well. I am a person who believes in ideation, building strategies and always thinking out of the box. Currently understanding the importance of learning and self growth as well. I am also an ACC certified Coach. This certification helped me to have some fruitful conversation with people without any expectations or judgements. How i use this on a daily routine? My work involves me talking to many stakeholders with that my certification helps me navigate me through some tough conversations.
