Actively participate in the management of the Child Development Center (CDC) by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties. Process payroll transactions for all Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) employees assigned to the CDC (15 employees, 1 nurse, 1 assistant director & 1 director). Prepare and Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR’s). Answer phones, process personnel actions and manage maintenance work orders. Maintain employee personnel file, and ensure Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is protected at all times. Process all financial transactions in relation to the CDC to include billing (roughly $18,000 a month), collecting monies owed, preparing daily bank deposits, making bank deposits and processing end of the month cash counts. Perform other duties related to office automation requiring a skill in general office machines, software and the internet/intranet.- Create and prepare all correspondences such as letters and routine reports on a daily basis.- Central point of contact for the parents of enrolled students and for matters related to the day-to-day operations of the CDC.- Input Accident/Incident Reports onto spreadsheet to be forwarded to management and safety personnel.- Update the Utilization Report every month to show percentage of growth or decline in the CDC program.- Update monthly United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Report for payment for food program.- Keep Master Roster of all children enrolling and departing the CDC (Average of 35-40 children).- Input new child information into the Child and Youth Management System (CYMS).- Create and maintain all current files for enrolled children.- Provide tours to families thinking of utilizing our center; answering all questions and following through with all requests made.- Assist in the development and formatting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Maintained 35 customer accounts for the Tracy, California store while filling in at other stores within the south valley (11 stores). Prepared daily deposit, distributed and balanced petty cash fund. Set up new accounts with credit terms and special pricing discounts in computer, and made collections calls for sales rep to collect past due balances. Coded all payables, created check requests to cover labor charges and customer over payments and balanced store daily and monthly.- Trained new account receivable clerks on all of Kelly-Moore accounting software and end of month procedures.- Main contact for all south valley stores when the district accounting supervisor is out.
