Current* Oversees quality of reports* Manages work queue of two functional areas * Responsible for on-time delivery of all reports, including numerous rush reports* Proofreads, edits, and distributes accurate and well-written reports to clients* Provides initial and ongoing training to all Quality Control and Survey employees; creates training materials and job manuals* Collaboratively develops custom surveys and reports to meet client needs* Ensures meticulous record keeping and confidentiality of client files and data* Serves as a subject matter expert in Surveys
