I started my career in Recruitment in 1999, where I worked for a large high street agency for six years, rising through the ranks of Trainee Consultant through to Branch Manager. The highlight of that time was winning the UK Consultant of the Year Award in 2003.I left this role at the end of 2005 to become Branch Manager of Reed Accountancy. I felt it was important to gain the skill of working within a more specialist recruitment market. This role gave me the invaluable experience of successfully placing all levels of Accountancy based staff, which has allowed us to offer more diversity to the service we offer our clients here at Fusion.I often use the analogy that the service we now offer our clients is like that of an exclusive boutique in comparison to a large retail chain – our approach here is a more tailored to fit your individual business needs.
