Assisted with HMDA regulation reporting to insure all areas of concern are being addressed and corrected internally with the bank. Discuss Federal Compliance Regulations with 7 Divison Managers, 190 Branch Managers and Loan Coordinators of different sectors on current changes with permanent residential consumer lending, Coordinated with Internal Audit Management to complete quarterly loan reviews focused on potential loss or material risk items. Monitor OFAC and identity theft alerts on credit reports. Audit HMDA and ECOA regulations on Consumer Loans, reporting high risk areas to Management. Calculated 30 year fix and ARM interest rates to insure the Mortgage Note is accurate. Review Flood Determination reports and insure that all flood insurance meets federal regulations requirements. Discovered problems with documenting the correct loan to value (LTV) ratios. Analyzed consumer loan production reports and randomly selected files to be audited from these reports.
