• Experience using an ATS - Taleo to manage requisitions from start to finish• Utilizes a variety of sourcing methods to create a “ready-now” candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs, including but not limited to social media, database mining, internet/web searches, direct sourcing, networks and employee referrals• Sources applicants, screens resumes, interviews candidates, extends and negotiates offer letters• Partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs & recruiting requirements• Maintain and upload all candidate documentation• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Resolve internal/external questions pertaining to customer accounts• Possess objective analytical problem solving skills• Extensive research for CFPB, BBB, Consumer Affairs Complaints

• Responsible for interviewing, extending job offers and negotiating starting salaries• Compile new orientation packets• Develops, administers and presents employee climate survey, new hire survey and exit interview assessments• Ensures orientation of newly eligible staff members, processing of enrollment forms, changes, loan requests and maintenance of benefits data in HRIS• Schedule, confirm and track appointments• Ensure staff is scheduled to meet customer and business needs• Complete staff paperwork accurately and timely - job orders, class changes, termination reports, work schedules, timekeeper

• Serves as a single point of contact and trusted advisor for the borrower• Drive root cause analysis and error resolution prevention• Ability to establish long term relationships with the customers• Problem solving skills with the ability to follow issues through to completion
