I graduated In MSc Clinical Psychology from Cambridge, United Kingdom and worked with various mental health organizations and hospitals before starting my own organization right before COVID-19. With the idea of helping more and more people dealing with the grief of losing a family member or job, my team and I started providing counselling for free. As a Psychologist, I have worked with diverse population groups in India as well as the United Kingdom. I am well-trained in helping people of various cultures, age groups, ethnic groups, genders (male, female and transgender), and sexual orientations (heterosexual and homosexual). I am a certified trainer in dealing with clients suffering from Post-traumatic stress disorder, Traumas and Phobias using rewind therapy. I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Solution Focused Therapy, Client- centred therapy, Relaxation techniques, and Emotion-focused therapy, as well as Dance movement therapy.As a student of Science and a spiritual practitioner, I have developed a unique model of healing people by unveiling their individual strengths (or powers) - "Atma chikitsa". I have successfully helped over a thousand people in the last few years.I believe growth is an ever-going process and with that mindset I keep learning through various Gurus (teachers) and; I am under both Supervision (to work on any bias, ethical or moral dilemma I may have with any case) & Therapy (because I believe even therapists need therapists!)
