The Society Foundation is an independent grant giving trust. We provide financial support for organisations that help potentially disadvantaged people move towards paid work. The groups we priorities are the recently homeless or vulnerably housed, ex-offenders, and 16-24 year olds not in employment, education or training. The Foundation is funded and supported by the executive search firm Society. The majority of the Foundation’s money comes in the form of an annual donation from Society, equal to at least 10% of the firm’s profits.

At Peridot I enjoy providing affordable senior recruitment and development support across the charity sector. I lead on our senior executive and Trustee appointments in the students' union sector. I particularly appreciate the consultative element of each project where we explore how our recruitment campaigns can provide a broader and lasting positive impact, for example by including staff in the assessment process or by providing workshops for service users.
