Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic marketing plan for the RACV mobility portfolio, a developing a category in Australia; with an emphasis on relaunching the arevo mobility app. Driving acquisition through digital channels, improving engagement/retention through salesforce; developing go to market strategies with key strategic partners; identifying new marketing program opportunities; analysing feature usage, consumer data to identify key user segments and proposition development to deliver KPI's.

Developed and executed the marketing and communication strategy including crafting the concept and content for the website, eDM, social media and keyword analysis to optimise SEO/SEM. Utilised Google analytics combined with user behaviour metrics to direct the roadmap, iteration planning and refine paid media.Extensive engagement with key stakeholders including Bendigo Bank directors, bank resources, government representatives (NDIS) and industry leaders.
