About Tanya Uddin

I have over 20 years experience working in the child care industry. I started my career working as a Nursery assistant and then decided I wanted to help to educate children so I got my teaching assistant Diploma and started my journey educating small minds.I started off volunteering at my local primary school and was so happy when a full time Learning support assistant vacancy became available and they asked me to apply.10 years later and I am now working in another primary school as a Learning Mentor.My role involves me working along side the school SENCO, Educational psychologists, Speech and language specialists, Autism specialists, Social workers and Parents.
