In this role, my primary responsibility was overseeing the seamless migration of data from our existing Learning Management System (LMS) to a new platform. This encompassed data validation, testing, and error reporting for the new LMS.During this process, I diligently tested the new LMS, identified errors, and reported them through ticketing systems. I also managed support tickets for both the old and new LMS, ensuring prompt issue resolution.In addition to migration and testing, I conducted User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and documented test cases, while also creating user guides and crib sheets to enhance user proficiency.I was also responsible for loading and updating eLearning courses on the LMS and managing app uploads to app stores.
